Women are the most underrated masterpiece created by humanity. Women have been subdued and undermined for their capabilities to rule the world for centuries. Women have been working hard to prove their power and originality in withholding a rigorous position in society as much as the world has changed and accepted women for their talents and initiation in element prosperity. Here is a list of women heroes who have made their mark in society by challenging societal norms and articulating a genre of equality through their innate goodness and talent. 

Saina Nehwal

When discussing badminton, we must mention the legendary player Saina Nehwal. She is the 1st ever badminton player to bag a revolving Gold for India in the Olympic games. She also created history and made India proud by holding the bronze medal at the London 2012 championship.

The first Indian woman to fly to space and the second Indian after Rakesh Sharma, we are talking about none other than Kalpana Chawla. She went on to prove her worth and be a part of the space project as an Indian-born woman making the country proud. On her space mission, she travelled 10.4 million miles away to beautiful space, making India proud with her hard work and determination. 

Avani Chaturvedi

Avani Chaturvedi is India’s first woman to single-handedly fly a fighter jet under the Indian Air Force. In 2018, she was promoted to a particular position of Flight Lieutenant. As she went on to prove her worth with endless hard work and determination in 2023, she became the first woman fighter pilot to be a part of an aerial wargame in Japan as a part of the Indian Air Force. Avani Chaturvedi inspires millions of girls who aspire to become a part of the air force shortly.

She worked hard to change people’s perspectives on synonymize cricket with men. She is the global highest run-scorer in International Women’s Cricket. Mithali Raj is considered the greatest of cricketers globally. She is the pride of India.

She is an Indian-American economist standing in the topmost position in the international economy. This, indeed, is news we must take pride in. She has changed the way society perceives women.

She never lost hope in living the brave life she had always dreamed of.
